Biography

Dr. Heng Liang is currently working as Professor of Municipal Engineering at School of Municipal and Environmental Engineering Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). He obtained his Ph.D. in Municipal Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, China in 2007. He is serving as reviewer of journals, and for grant proposal. He has 33 publications in journals, and 8 patents as author/co-author.
