Biography

Dr. Yuqing Zhang is a Professor at Tianjin University P. R. China. He obtained his B.E. and M.E. and Ph. D. degrees from Tianjin University. He was supported by CSC (P. R. China) to visit and work at The University of Queensland (Australia) and Curtin University. He has published 85 papers, held 12 China patents and 3 awards such as 2004 National science and technology patent award of second class, 2012 Research Exchanges with China and India award supported by the Royal Academy of Engineering, 2009 outstanding post-doctoral researcher’s award in Tianjin. He is a peer reviewer of some international journals such as Journal of Membrane Science, Chemical Engineering Science, Electrochimica Acta, and Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research etc. His research expertise is in Functional Materials for Photocatalysis, Membrane Separation, Energy, Drug Delivery, Chemistry, Batteries, Biofuel and Environmental Engineering etc.
