Biography

Dr. Yaobin Liu is a Professor at of Applied Economics, Nanchang University, P.R.China. He obtained his Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering, China University of Mining & Technology. His working experience includes, worked as Lecturer of Geography at Macheng Institute of Technology in Hubei of China, P.R.China, Associate Professor at Nanchang University, Visiting Scholar at the University of Michigan, U.S, Australian National University, Australia, and the University Of Oxford, U.K. He is member of Chinese Academy of Ecological Economics, Chinese Academy of Geography and Director, Chinese Academy of Economics Geography. His area of interest related to Regional Economics Environmental Economics, and Regional Sustainable Development. Dr. Yaobin received honors includes, The Eleventh Place, Progress in Social Science Award in Universities, The Seventh Place, Progress in Science & Technology Award, Outstanding Researcher on Social Science in Universities, and Excellent Teacher, Nanchang University and many others. He has completed many research projects as Principal Investigator and received many grants for his research work. He has published 4 books as well as 10 articles in journals and 5 conferences papers contributed as author/and co-author.
