Biography

Shuva Bhowmik obtained his BSc (Hons) in Fisheries from Fisheries and Marine Science Department at Noakhali Science and Technology University and his MSc in Fisheries Technology from Fisheries Technology Department at Bangladesh Agricultural University. Shuva has been involved in teaching and research as a faculty member in the Department of Fisheries and Marine science since April 2017. His research program involves the post-mortem biochemistry of fish and shellfish, nutritional profile of wild and cultured fish species, fish muscle quality and shelf-life, consumer sensory perception and food safety.
