Dr. Munisamy Shanmugam is currently working as Head of Research & Development at AquAgri Processing (Pvt.) Ltd., India. He has completed his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Bhavnagar University, India. His main area of interest focuses on Hydrocolloids, Chemistry, Function and Application of Hydrocolloids in Food and Non-Food Industries.
