Ardhendu Mandal is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Application, University of North Bengal, India. Mr. Mandal has over 25 scientific papers and projects either presented or published. He is an internationally recognized expert in many areas of computer Science and Applications including Medical Image Processing, Software Engineering (SE), Object Oriented Analysis ad Design (OOAD), Operating System(OS), Parallel Computing and Programming, Web Development.Mr. Mandal is member of different professional bodies across the globe and presently the Chairman of the Computer Society of India (CSI), Siliguri Chapter.
