Biography

Dr. Yogananth Nagarajan is currently working as Assistant Professor in PG and Research Department of Biotechnology, Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science, Sholinganallur, Chennai. He has completed his Ph.D. in Microbiology from Bharathidasan University, India. Previously he was appointed as Lecturer at Ragavendra Medical Institute of Electropathy, Erode, Tamil Nadu, India, Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at Annamalai University and Microbiologist in Sri Lakshmi Aquafarms, Sriperumbathur, Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, India . He has published 1 book, 2 book chapters, 86 research articles in reputed journals, 30 abstracts and 18 full paper in proceedings contributed as author/co-author. He also attended 42 conferences and workshops. He has supervising 5 PhD students and guided 17 MSc students. He is a life member of Indian Association of Applied Microbiologists, Asian Council of Science Editors, APCBEES and ISALS. He is a Chief editor in Research Journal of Medicinal Plants. He is Associate Editor in International Asian Journal of Biological Sciences, Research Journal of Microbiology, Journal of Applied Sciences, Singapore Journal of Scientific Research and International Journal of advanced research in biological sciences. He is Reviewer in International Journal of Pharma and Bio Sciences, Journal of Plant Sciences, American Journal of BioScience and Journal of Plant Protection
