Biography
Dr. Kuppannan Gobianand is currently working as Reader at Department of Microbiology Al-Azhar Dental College, Thodupuzha. He obtained his Ph.D. in Applied Microbiology from University of Madras, Chennai, India in 2007. He is having 8 years of experience in working on R&D projects. He also worked as Assistant Professor at KS Rangasamy College of Arts & Science, Namakkal, and Postdoctoral Fellow at National Institute of Animal Science South Korea, and N V Research Quarantine Service South Korea, Senior Researcher at University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, and Project Research Fellow at University of Madras, Taramani Campus, Chennai. Further to his skills he has good knowledge of all research work, Scientific Study, Statistical Tools through Structured Analysis and Laboratory work, Attuned with the latest trends and Techniques of the Field with Proficiency in Grasping new Technical Concepts quickly and utilizing the same in a productive manner, and ability to conceptualize the processing for the research with careful & sophisticated quality control measures in Compliance to the specified standards while performing root-cause analysis to prevent any Reoccurrences & Defective Issues, Adept at analyzing the intellectual properties of the Pharmaceutical Formulations. He is active member of Society of Toxicology, The Western Pharmacology Society, The Inflammation Research Association, Biotechnology Ireland, Onesci Network, The International Society of Exercise and Immunology, Iranian Society of Physiology and Pharmacology (ISPP), The Canadian Society for Systems Biology, East of England Stem Cell Network, Indian Association of Biomedical Scientists, and Canadian Society of Molecular Biosciences, and senior member in International Association of Computer Science And Information Technology. He has published 3 articles in journals, 7 articles in process, 28 papers/posters in conferences and seminars. He also attended many conferences/workshops/and seminars. He is also serving as editor and reviewer in number of journals.
