Biography

Dr. Palaniappan Lakshmanan holds a position of Professor of Physics at Annamalai University, India. He has completed his Ph.D. in Ultrasound from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, India. He also served as Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. He is having 23 years working experience. He has completed 6 research projects. His main area of research interest focuses on analyzing Brain Disorders, attempting to Design Optimum treatment plan to the Radiation Oncologist, External Beam Radiotherapy (3D CRT, IMRT and SRS/SRT Techniques) and Brachytherapy. He is also serving as reviewer and editor for journals. He is member of Association of Acoustic Society of India, New Delhi, India, Indian Science Congress, Kolkatta, India and Research Advisory Committee, School of Physics, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has published 65 research articles in journals contributed as author/co-author.
