Biography

Dr. Bharath Kumar Ravuru is currently working as Associate Professor in Department of Biotechnology, Vignans University, India. He completed his MSc., PhD in Plant Sciences & Plant Biotechnology, from S.V. University, Tirupati, A.P, India. His area of specialization is Plant Biotechnology, Medicinal Plants, Ethno botany and Forest Ecology. He is here with 8 years of research, 3 years in industry 8.5 years of teaching experience and also BoS- Member, Curriculum Revision Committee, Projects Review Committee -School of Biotechnology. He has published 12 national and 21 international journals and 33 research articles and papers. He actively attended and presented number of research papers in conferences and workshops. He is currently handling several ongoing projects. He is editorial member and reviewer of many journals. He has supervised the number of biotechnology projects and guided 7 research scholars. He is also member of number of scientific societies.
