Dr. Abhijit Chakraborty is currently working as Associate Professor of Geology at Jogamaya Devi College, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Jadavpur University, India. His main area of interest related to Environmental Sciences, and Earth Science. His area of expertise includes Ichnology, Palaeoenvironment, Trace Fossils, Sedimentology, and Palaeoecology.
