Biography

Dr. Muhammad Ayub is currently working as Director Research & Training at Riphah International University, Pakistan and Founder Editor for Journal of Islamic Business & Management (JIBM). He has completes his PhD in Finance from International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance, Malaysia. His main area of interest focuses on Social Sciences. His area of expertise includes Islamic Economics, Islamic Business, Zakat, Takaful, Islamic Finance, Islamic Banking, Islamic Financial, Islamic Inheritance law, Islamic Law of Contracts, Waqf-role and potential and Islamic Fund Management. He has published 5 books, and 47 research articles in journals contributed as author/co-author. He is also serving as peer reviewer/referee for journals such as Journal of JAKU, Islamic Economics, Jeddah, IRTI, IDBs Islamic Economic Studies, Jeddah, Review of Islamic Economics, Durahm, UK, ISRA International Journal on Islamic Finance, Malaysia, The International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance (IMEFM), the Emerald Publishing Company, UK, and Islamic Studies (IIUI) Islamabad, Pakistan.
