Biography

Rabia Imran (PhD) is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Department of Management and Marketing, College of Commerce and Business Administration, Dhofar University, Salalah, Oman. Before that she served University Institute of Management Sciences-PMAS-Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Her curent job responsibilities include teaching, supervision, research, committee and community work. She did her PhD (Management Sciences with specialization in Human Resource Management) from Foundation University Islamabad, Pakistan. She has been actively involved in management, teaching and research since 2001. Her areas of research contribution and interest include Leadership, HR practices especially High Performance Work Systems, Organizational Commitment, Organizational performance, Organizational Justice and Innovation. She is a Senior Member International Economics Development and Research Center (IEDRC) and a member of Academy of Management (AOM) and Innovative Research publications(IRP).
