Biography

Dr. Muhammad Ali Nasir is currently working as Assistant Professor at Mechanical Engineering Department, UET Taxila. He has completed his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from same University. He is having 13 years working experience. Previously he was appointed as Lecturer at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, KFUPM, Saudi Arabia, KSA, Maintenance Engineer at Sitara Chemical Industries Faisalabad, and 3 months in Siemens Pakistan at Ghazi Barotha Hydral Power Project as Trainee Engineer. He is member of Pakistan Engineering Council. His area of research interest focuses on Composite Materials, Nano Composites, Smart Structures, Fiber Metal Laminates (FMLs), ARALL, CARALL, GLARE, hybrid Al-Carbon/Glass/Kevlar Sandwich Composites. He has 17 publications in journals. He also supervised 11 projects.
