Biography

Ghulam Mustafa is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Pakistan Institute of Engineering & Applied Sciences (PIEAS).

Ghulam Mustafa received his PhD degree in Control Systems from the University of Alberta, Canada in 2012. He received his M.Sc. degree in Systems Engineering from the Pakistan Institute of Engineering & Applied Sciences (PIEAS), Pakistan, in 2004. and the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Lahore, Pakistan, in 2002. He is several of several awards including the gold medal for best thesis research in M.Sc. Systems Engineering overseas PhD research fellowship.

His research interests include modern computer controlled systems with specific focus on sampled-data systems. He has more than 30 publications including a book chapter, journals and conference proceedings.
