Dr. Ishtiaque Ahmad is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of Dairy Technology, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dairy Technology, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore. He holds a PhD in Dairy Technology and MSc (Hons.) in Food Technology. He has published over 25 research articles in reputable national and international journals.
