Biography

Dr. Amin Fathi Majdalawieh is currently working as Associate Professor at American University of Sharjah, UAE and Visiting Associate and Laboratory Instructor at Dalhousie University, Canada. He has completed his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from American University of Sharjah, UAE, and MSc in Microbiology & Immunology from McGill University, Canada. His area of expertise includes Atherosclerosis, Inflammation, Molecular Mechanisms of Cancer, Nutritional Immunology, and Natural Products. He past appointments includes Teaching Assistant at Saint Mary’s University, Canada, McGill University, Canada and Dalhousie University, Canada. He has published 20 research articles in journals and 4 conference proceeding contributed as author/co-author.
