Biography

Dr. Gholamreza Asadollahfardi is holds a position of Associate Professor in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Kharazmi University, Tehran, Iran. He has completed his Ph.D. in Water Quality from London University, U.K, and MS in Water Resources Engineering from Queen Mary College, London University, UK. His main area of research interest focuses on water quality monitoring and modeling, wastewater reuse, environmental impact assessment, wastewater treatment, water treatment and solid waste management, soil remediation modeling, advance wastewater and water treatment and biofuel. Previously he was appointed as Guest Lecturer at Sharif University of Technology, Iran, and Amirkaber University of Technology, Iran, Assistant Professor at Tarbiat Moalem University, Tehran, Iran and Visiting Assistant Professor at University of British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Gholamreza has published 50 research articles in journals, 21 conference papers and 3 books contributed as author/co-author. He successfully supervised 36 students thesis. He is also serving as member of Iranian National Construction Organization, London University Convocation, and Society of Concrete in Iran. Dr. Gholamreza is also acting as reviewer for journals such as Irrigation and Drainage Engineering Journal, journal of Environmental Health (JEH), USA, Water and Environment Journal, England, water resources journal, Farsi, Iran, Geological Engineering journal, Kharazmi University, Farsi, Iran, and Esfahan water and wastewater journal, Farsi, Iran.
