Biography

Dr. Farshad Farahbod is currently working as Associated Professor at Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, Firoozabad Branch-Islamic Azad University, Firoozabad, Iran. He has completed his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from same University. Previously he was appointed as Chief Manager of Gas group- Gas College-University of applied science and technology, Instructor in Heat Transfer, at Thermodynamics, Rajaee Institute, Shiraz, Iran, and Lecturer in Mass & Heat Transfer at Gas and Oil refinery, Chemical Reaction, Shiraz University. He is also serving as reviewer of Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Technology, Journal of Air, Soil and Water Research, Invited teacher for teaching the optimization process in Television and Radio Station of Fars-Shiraz, and membership of Scientific Associations, Firoozabad Branch-IAU-Master of University. His main area of research interest focuses on Pollutions, Environmental Problems, Renewable Energy, and Two Phase Flow in Pipes. He has published 49 research articles in journals as well as 3 conference papers, 4 patents and 1 book contributed as author/co-author. He also completed 5 research projects.
