Biography

Dr. Leila Roushangar completed her PhD in Histology embryology from Tabriz /Iran in March 2004. She supervised 4 Ph. D and 5 MSc thesis and also advisor of 12 Ph. D and 6 MSc thesis. She is author of book in the book name is Medical embryology, by Solenimani Rad J. and Roshangar Leila, 2007, 2012 from Preconception to postpartum, chapter 4, 2012. She has published 71 international journals, 03 Iranian journals. She actively attended and presented 64 international and 31 national research papers in conferences, seminars and meetings. She has received the number of honors and achievements in different categories. Her area of research inclined towards reproductive biology, tissue engineering and neurosciences. She has tremendous 8 years experience in teaching field and also administrative experience in Cultural Deputy of Faculty, Research Deputy of Anatomical Sciences Department. She is also the member of number of associations such as Anatomical Sciences society, Iranian society of Reproductive Medicine, National Cell Death society, and Neuroscience Research Center.
