Biography

Mr. Amin Mousavi Khaneghah is currently working as Senior Lecturer at College of Applied Science and Technology-Applied Food Science, Tehran, Iran. He is Ph.D. Student in Food Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Iran. He received his MSc degree in Food Science and Technology from same Institute. He is member of many scientific societies such as Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST), Czech Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), EFFOST SIG Group, EFFOST young researcher Group, EHEDG Group (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group, ISEKI-Food Association (IFA), Global Harmonization Initiative (GHI), RAPRA Limited/Rubber and Plastics Research Association, National Nutrition and Food Technology Institute (NNFTI), packaging commission of Institute of Iran Standard and Industrial Researches, Elsevier Reviewer Group, Vitafoods Europe, and Scientific committee in Food and Biosystems Engineering FABE conference, Skiathos Island, Greece. His area of research interest related to Dairy Science, Meat Science, Edible Oils Science, Investigation, Analysis and Quality Control of Plastics Food & Drug Packaging and Raw Materials, Packaging especially Biodegradable Packaging and Packaging Safety (Migration), Instrumentally Analysis (HPLC, GC, GC/MS), Microwave in Food Processing, and Sustainable Enzyme. He successfully completed 6 research projects. He has published 15 research papers in journal, and 42 oral/poster presentations in conferences contributed as author/co-author. He is also serving as reviewer for 31 journals. He is also member of editor board in African Journal of Food Science published by Academic Journals, African Journal of Biotechnology published by Academic Journals, African Journal of Food Science and Technology (AJFST) (under evaluating), International Journal of Research in Ayurveda and Pharmacy (IJRAP), and Global Journal of Pure & Applied Science and Technology (GPAST).
