Biography

Dr. Reyhaneh Sariri is currently working as Professor and Head of Department at University of Guilan, Iran. She obtained her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Aston University, Birmingham, UK. Dr. Reyhaneh Sariri received number of honors includes joint award and prize for the best poster presented in 1993 BCLA conference in London, award, prize and written recommendation from the Iranian Embassy in England for completing Ph.D. in the shortest possible time recommended for all Iranian students with scholarship from Iranian Government, award, prize and written recommendation for outstanding research projects from the pro-vice chancellor for research, University of Guilan, Governmental award, prize and written recommendation from pro-vice chancellor of the Iranian President for being elected as one of the 20 top women researchers in Iran, award of a Research Grant form Royal Society of Chemistry, and award and written recommendation of top university lecturer in University of Guilan. She has published 11 books, 88 research articles in journals and 141 papers in national and international conferences contributed as author/co-author. She successfully completed 8 research projects.
