Biography
Dr. Marty D. Matlock is currently working as Professor of Ecological Engineering, Biological and Agricultural Engineering Department, and Executive Director in Office for Sustainability at University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas. He has completed his Ph.D. in Biosystem Engineering from Oklahoma State University, USA. Previously he was appointed as Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, and Post-Doctoral Fellow at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, Vice-President and Director of Stover Biometric Laboratories, Inc., Stillwater, Oklahoma. He has published 43 research articles in journals as well as 4 books, 4 book chapters, 16 proceedings, 7 patents, and 35 technical publications contributed as author/co-author. He is member of American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists-Board Certified Environmental Engineer, America Ecological Engineering Society, American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers, The American Society of Civil Engineering - Environmental Engineering Committee, The American Society of Engineering Education, Ecological Society of America, and American Water Resources Association. Dr. Marty received number of honors includes American Architecture Award from The Chicago Athenaeum, WAN Urban Design Award sponsored by World Architecture News, ACSA Collaborative Practice Award, American Society of Landscape Architects Award of Excellence in Communications, American Architecture Awards and so on.
