Biography
Dr. Mostafa Mohamed Ali Azam is currently working Lecturer of Food Process Engineering at Department of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, Minoufiya University, Shibin El-Kom, Egypt, and Assistant Professor at Department of Agricultural Systems Engineering, College of Agriculture and Food Sciences, King Faisal University. He has completed his Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from Minoufiya University, Egypt. He worked for 20 years on Agricultural Engineering in Egypt, and 13 years Instructor Assistant for Agriculture Engineering courses at Menoufiya University. He is author and co-author of 6 journal papers.
