Biography

Dr. Mohamed Abdo Rizk obtained his Ph.D. in Veterinary Medical Sciences at National Research Center for Protozoan Diseases (NRCPD), Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Obihiro, Hokkaido, Japan in Feb., 2016. His PhD work entitled “Advanced Diagnostic and Therapeutic Techniques of Bovine Babesiosis”. He has established and optimized the fluorescence-based high-throughput screening assay for large- scale drug screening against Babesia and Theileria parasites in vitro and against B. microti in mice.
