Biography

Tarek Nour Soliman Ismail Researcher in Dairy Department, Food Industries and Nutrition Division and Centre of Scientific Excellence,( Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology Laboratory), National Research Centre, El-Buhouth St., Dokki, Cairo, Egypt. He specializes in food biopolymers with special emphasis on milk proteins. He is involved in the development of functional food-based structured delivery systems for bioactive components and published 12 papers in this area dealing with the application of Food nanoscience to encapsulate bioactive compounds and their incorporation in some Functional food products.
