Biography

Professor, WesamEldin Ismail Ali Ali Saber, is currently Chief Research Scientist, Microbial Activity Unit, Department of Microbiology, Research Institute of Soils, Water and Environment, Agricultural Research Center (ID: 60019332), 9 Gamaa Street, Giza, 12112. Egypt. He completed his Ph.D. in 1999 from Department of Microbiology, University of El-Mansoura, EGYPT in Microbiology with research work entitled “Studies on xanthan production from bacteria”. His Area of interest and research experience inclined towards Microbial fermentations biotechnology, Microbial enzymes and biopolymers, Food and environmental microbiology and Biological control of microbial diseases. He has participated in more than 14 conferences and workshops. He is also the member of number of national, international and professional societies. He has published more than 65 research articles of national/international journals. He is also Supervisor of the Scientific Seminar and the Scientific Library of Tag Elezz Research Station, Agricultural Research Center, Dakahlia, Egypt. He has shared in and prepared more than 40 training cycles and symposiums for the Researchers and Technicians in the field of Microbiology, Biological control, Waste management, Environment and others. He is also Supervisor of various Ph.D. and M.Sc. thesis in the field of Microbiology. He got Scholarship for Ph. D. and M. Sc., Department of Microbiology, University of El-Mansoura, EGYPT.
