Biography

Dr. Yousif Abd El-Aziz Elhassaneen is currently working as Professor of Nutrition & Food Science and Ex-Dean Faculty of Home Economics, Minoufiya University, Shebin El-Kom, Egypt. He has completed his Postdoctoral in Applied Biochemistry from Plymouth University, UK. His main area of interest focuses on Nutrition and Food Science.
