Biography

Dr. Hussein Azzaz Murad studied continuous cultivation of microorganisms in the Institute of Microbiology, Prague Czechoslovakia before obtaining his Ph.D. in (Food Microbiology) from Zagazig University, Egypt. He is Professor of Food Microbiology at National Research Center, Egypt. Dr. Murad prepared and mange several training courses in food safety, HACCP, ISO 22000 and fermentations. He supervised several M.Sc and Ph.D. studies in food microbiology. He is reviewer/editor of five journals of Science Alert. He published over 50 papers in national and international journals and conferences.
