Biography
Dr Amber Sayed Gad is currently working as Professor. She obtained her PhD in the field of Science and Microbiology, MSc in the field of Science Microbiology from Faculty of Science, Cairo University in 1997 & 1990, respectively. She got Medicinal plant and Toxicology and forensic medicine diplomas in 1991 and 1994, respectively from faculty of pharmacy, Cairo university. Also, she got intellectual property diploma in 2014 from faculty of rights , Cairo university Her prior working experience includes Chemical technician, Assistant Professor, Researcher Assistant, Researcher at the Egyptian National Research Center. Her field of interest includes, Food Microbiology and Biotechnology. She has completed many e- trainings including Power point, Excel 2003, HPLC, Internet, Protein separation by Electrophoresis, Windows 95, Bioinformatics, Photo shop , Aflatoxins evaluation in food, PCR, ICDL modules test Information technology- 2007, Information Technology, Plant cell and Tissue culture, hard ware and software computer maintenance , NMR, Bio-safety and Bio-security for biological labs, Control of hazardous chemicals, Introductory course-intellectual property and Training and employment symposium. She is Professional member of Arab Society for medical researchers, Technical Editor in American journal of Food Technology, Webpub journal of scientific research, Current research in Bacteriology, Research journal of Botany, Asian journal of Biological Sciences. Dr Amber Sayed Gad received Award of Dr Y. Mazhar in the Faculty of Pharmacy Cairo University 1990 Arab company of drugs and chemical industries. She published 26 articles in journals and 8 proceedings as author/co-author. She also attended number of workshops and conferences.
