Biography
Joseph Davies holds a Ph.D. in Development Economics from the National School of Development - Peking University in Beijing, China. He is a Lifetime Fellow of the International Society for Development and Sustainability, Japan and a fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, UK, a research scholar, and a Member of the Asian Council of Science Editors. His research interests are Development Economics, Human Capital Development, Labour Economics, and Human Resource Management. He has acquired over 16 years of Professional experience in both the Private and Public Sectors in Sierra Leone. He was Dean of the School of Public Administration at the University of Management and Technology and is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship and doubles as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology in charge of the Makeni Campus in Sierra Leone. Dr. Joseph Davies is a Senior Lecturer, Management Consultant and the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Strategic Data Analytics Consultancy and Research Centre in Sierra Leone.
