Biography

I am a product of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and hold a research masters degree in Food Science and Technology (MPhil). I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture in addition to other professional certificate in other academic fields. I have been in the teaching field since 2003 and have constantly been providing assistance to students since this helps me to enrich my educational activities. I am competent in training and directing the affairs of students and have superintended over twenty graduate and postgraduate students as a project consultant to complete their thesis successfully. I have great inclination for research, highly motivated and enthusiastic to learn new things. I have to my credit four publications in international referred journals including International Food Research Journal and IFE Journal of Science and two unpublished papers accepted for publication in two different journals. I am not only computer literate, but I also have the unique ability to teach others to use statistical software to analyze their research data to enhance their projects, thus allowing them to become more conversant with this statistical tools since this is not often taught.
