Biography

Bunmi Olopade holds a B.Tech in Applied Microbiology and M.Sc in Food Microbiology from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi (Nigeria). Her research areas focus on food safety, detection and control of mycotoxins, and fungal diversity in foods. She is studying the diversity of fungi in cereals from Nigeria and effective biological control methods for mycotoxins in foods.
