Isa Ali Ibrahim (BTech, MSC, MBA, PgCert, and PhD. in the UK) is a full professor & researcher, academic, policy & regulatory expert, and teacher. He has authored more than 10 books, several conference papers, and journal articles and delivered several convocation lectures & keynote speeches. He is a fellow of BCS, NCS, & the first ever African fellow of CIISec. His area of expertise and interests include: digital economy; cybersecurity; AI; digital agric. & 4IR.
