Biography

Dr. Salah Omer Hagahmoodi is currently working as Assistant Professor at College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, University of Hail, Saudi Arabia. He has completed his PhD from University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. He is serving as reviewer for Journal of Remote Sensing Technology, Journal of King Saud University-Computer Science and Information Sciences, and reviewer of 5th National Symposium on Information Technology: Towards New Smart World (NSITNSW) 2015 Riyadh; Saudi Arabia. Previously he was appointed as Deputy Manager of the Department of Co-ordination & Information System, Ministry of Urban Planning & Public Utility Khartoum, Khartoum State, Deputy President of the GIS committee in Urban Planning & Public Utility Khartoum, Khartoum State, and consultant in Ministry of Urban Planning & Public Utility Khartoum State, Sudan, Assistant Professor National Ribat University, Khartoum Sudan. He has 3 publications in journals. His area of research includes Spatial Database, Satellite Image Processing and Interpretation, Geographic Information System (GIS), and Remote Sensing and their Applications, Excellence and Quality Management implementation & Assessor, particularly the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and British Quality Foundation (BQF) Model, Artificial Intelligent and its applications, and Decision Support System Development System Analyses and Design.
