Biography

Dr. Elamin Omda Mohamed Akoy is currently working as Head, Department of Environment and Climate, Faculty of Environmental Sciences and Natural Resources, University of Al-Fashir, Sudan. He has completed his Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from University of Khartoum, Sudan. His main area of interest focuses on Agricultural Engineering. His area of expertise includes Mathematical Modeling of drying processes, Microwave drying of fruit, Design and Evaluation of Solar Food Dryers, Waste Management and Control, Moisture adsorption isotherms of fruits, Renewable energy, Design and Evaluation of solar cookers, and Greenhouse Technology. He has 8 publications in journals.
