Itefa Degefa Alemu was born in 1988 at Lalisa Buye Kebele, Ayira District, West Wollega, and Oromia Region of Ethiopia.He joined the atmosphere of education while he was seven years i.e., in 1995. He completed the primary school (1st grade to 8th grade) at Darara Aleku primary school in 2003. Due to economic and some family support problems, the he was withdraw from school for one year during 2004 and he rejoined 9th grade at Biftu Ayira Secondary school in 2005 and he transferred to Worke Yubdo for 10th grade in 2006. he was again transferred to Lalo Ayira Preparatory school for 11th and 12th grade in 2007-2008 due to scarcity of preparatory program in Worke Yubdo. he joined Jijiga University in 2009 and graduated in Applied Biology in July/ 2011. In 2012, again he joined Haramaya University under the sponsorship of Ethiopian Ministry of Education and graduated Master of Science in Genetics during 2013. Directly he was employed by Ethiopian Ministry of Education to Bule Hora University on the position of lecturer in 1st July/2014. Since the aims of University the he employed in is teaching learning process, serving community and doing research which can answer the community’s problems,he was participating in such activities starting from the time of employment. During my stay in the University, he was participated in different committees at department level, thought high school students and teachers training summer program in the community additionally.
