Biography

Nelson Amade, is a Mozambican citizen that is currently doing is PhD in Information Management at Catholic University of Mozambique (UCM) in pattern with NOVA Information Management School. He holds a BSc in Information Technology and MSc in Science and Geographic Information System. Co-editor of the Electronic journal of Development and Research (REID). He is interested in adoption of technologies, networking, open source approaches, Environment issues and geographic information technologies.
