Biography
Sechene Stanley Gololo, holds a Ph.D degree in Biochemistry and is currently attached to the department of Biochemistry at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University. Dr Gololo is an emerging Scientific Researcher with several publications in scientific journals. Dr Gololo has a research interest in the phytochemical composition and biological activites of medicinal plants used by local traditional healers in South Africa. He has experience in the isolation and identification of bioactive compounds from plant extracts.Currently, Dr Gololo is investigating the effect that environmental factors have on the phytochemical composition of medicinal plants in South Africa.
