Dr. Ioannis E. Tsolas is currently working as Assistant Professor of Economic Analysis, Department of Humanities, Social Sciences and Law, School of Applied Mathematics and Physics, National Technical University of Athens, and Accredited Tutor at the School of Science and Technology of Hellenic Open University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Mining Engineering from National Technical University of Athens, Greece. His working experience includes Accredited MBA thesis supervisor, BoD member at the School of Social Sciences of Hellenic Open University, Researcher at National Institute of Labor, and Employment Observatory Research Informatics S.A, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at Technological Educational Institution of Western Macedonia, Kozani, Greece, and Lecturer at National Technical University of Athens. He has published 31 articles in journals, and 2 books contributed as author/co-author. He is also serving as referee in number of journals. He is member of the Technical Chamber of Greece; the Hellenic Society of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers; the Hellenic Operational Research Society. He was received Honorarium award for the contribution to the Special Issue on Data Envelopment Analysis and Its Applications to Management.
