Dr. Benigno Elvira is a Full Professor at Department of Biodiversity, Ecology and Evolution, Faculty of Biological Sciences, Complutense University of Madrid, Madrid, Spain. His main area of interest focuses on Fish Biology, Biogeography, Freshwater Ecology, Conservation Biology, Evolutionary Biology and Taxonomy. He has published 135 research articles in journals, books and book chapters.
