Biography
Dr. Maurizio Canavari holds a position of Professor at University of Bologna, Italy. He earned his Ph.D. in Appraisal and Land Economics at the University of Padua. His area of interest focuses on food marketing, supply chain relationships, consumer preference, farm management, consumer behaviour. He is author of more than 170 journal papers.
