Prof., PhD in Education Sciences, 2001, Title of her doctoral thesis - Education for change and creativity, “Vasile Alecsandri” University of Bacău, The Pre- and In-Service Teacher Training Department; Head of the Professional Counselling Department from “Vasile Alecsandri” University of Bacău. Main activities and responsibilities: Lectures – Basics of Pedagogy, Curriculum Theory and Methodology, Training Theory and Methodology, Evaluation Theory and Methodology, The Design and Management of Educational Programmes, The Pedagogy of Pre-Primary and Primary Education, Alternative Pedagogies. Coordination of: students’ scientific papers for scientific manifestations, 1st teaching degree papers, pre-primary and primary school teachers; Coordination of final papers for teacher certification, Level I, Level II, the Pre- and In-Service Teacher Training Department; Coordination of final graduation papers (students at the study programme of the Pedagogy of Pre-primary and Primary Education and students at the master study programme of the Innovative Strategies in Education).
