Dr. Abdelali Bey Zekkoub is an Associate Professor of Qur’anic studies at Al-Madinah International University, Malaysia, and Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Islamic Sciences. He earned his degrees from the University of Algiers and IIUM, has published over 70 papers, supervised postgraduate research, served as Dean, and works as an international academic program evaluator.
