Biography
Dr. Chen Soong Der is currently working as Senior Lecturer at Universiti Tenaga Nasional. He has completed his Ph.D. in Image Enhancement from same University. He is professional member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He also appointed as Lecturer at Sedaya College, IKRAM College, Technical consultant at IRIS Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd, and Demonstrator at Universiti Putra Malaysia. Currently he is working on 6 research projects. He has published 9 research articles in journals as well as 18 proceeding, and book chapter contributed as author/co-author.
