Mr. Henry Boateng is Ph.D. Student in Communication from University of Technology, Sydney. His area of research interest related to Knowledge Management, Social Media, Online Communication, CSR Communication, and Customer Management. His working experience includes, worked as Research Assistant (part time) at Micky Informatics Consult, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, and Graduate Assistant at University of Ghana Business School, Research Assistant at Center for Sustainable Ent Development, and Part Time Lecturer at Islamic University College Ghana, and University of Professional Studies, Accra. He has published 26 articles in peer review journals, 2 papers in conferences as author/co-author. He is also a reviewer of many journals.
