Biography

Dr. Nurdin Rahman, M.Sc is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, majoring in Public Health Nutrition. The focus of this research is antioxidant, functional food, food security and degenerative diseases. Previously actively guided chemistry students at Tadulako University to perform antioxidant screening on local food. He currently serves as chairman of FOOD AND NUTRITION SOCIETY in Central Sulawesi.
