Biography

Dr. Pornpan Phuapaiboon is currently holds a position of Lecturer of Food Technology and Head of program in Food Technology at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, Thailand. She has received her PhD in Food Technology from Khon Kaen, Thailand, M.S in Biotechnology from Mahasarakham University, Thailand and B.S in Biology from Srinakharinwirot University Maha Sarakham, Thailand. Her main area of research interest focuses on Food Microbiology, Food Fermentation, and Dairy Product Technology. She has completed 8 funded research projects. Dr. Pornpan has 1 publication in journal.
