Biography

Dr. Jong-Beom Park is currently working as Professor and Director in Department of Orthopedic Surgery, and Vice President in Uijeongbu St. Mary’s Hospital, The Catholic University of Korea School of Medicine. He has completed his Ph.D. in Orthopaedic Surgery from same University. Dr. Park received honor includes outstanding Paper Award of Clinical Research from Cervical Spine Research Society, Best Paper Award of Basic Research from Eurospine, Spine Society of Europe, Best paper award by Korean Orthopaedic Association, and Korean Society of Spine Surgery. He is member of editorial board in International Orthopaedics, Asian Spine Journal, and Clinics in Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also serving as member of academic societies such as Cervical Spine Research Society, International Society for the Study of the Lumbar Spine, North American Spine Society, Spine Arthroplasty Society, and The International Society of Surgery and Traumatology Orthopeduque. He has published 43 research articles in journals contributed as author/co-author.
