Biography
Dr. Horace K. W. Mui is currently working as Associate Professor at Department of Building Services Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He obtained his PhD in Department of Building Services Engineering from same University in 2001. He is member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Registered Professional Engineer, The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineering, Chartered Engineer, Engineering Council (UK), Laboratory Assessor, Hong Kong Accreditation Services, Innovation and Technology Commission, and honorable advisor for Hong Kong Indoor Air Quality Society (HKIAQS). In past he worked as Assistant Engineer, and PT Assistant Engineer Parsons Brinckerhoff (Asia) Ltd, Graduate Engineer at Hyder Consultant Ltd, and Demonstrator, Visiting Lecturer, Lecturer, and Assistant Professor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also supervising number of PhD / MPhil / M.Eng Students in his active supervision. He is also working on number of research projects. He also served as invited speaker for seminars and also gives presentation in many Institutes. He has published 110 articles in SCI and International refereed journals as well as 112 papers in conferences contributed as author/co-author. He is also serving as reviewer in number of journals.
